Accident and insurance repairs
We work with repair shops and insurer-approved accident repairs regularly. The vehicle comes back with its record, the affected panels are reprinted to it, and the work is quoted for the insurer or the repairer.

Corporate & government fleets
Fleet wraps and vehicle signage delivered as one managed rollout: a single standard across every make and model, installation scheduled around your operations, and a documented record for every vehicle that follows.
What you get
Branding a fleet is a different job from branding one vehicle: more models, more sites, and vehicles arriving over several years. These are the four things we take responsibility for so the result stays consistent for the life of the fleet.
01
Every vehicle reads as the same organisation, whatever its model or age. The design is templated per body shape and every installation is inspected against the approved pilot vehicle.
02
Vehicles are booked in planned batches around your rosters, so only a small part of the fleet is off the road at any time and the operation keeps running.
03
Installation is scheduled depot by depot and shift by shift, with collection and return arranged where it helps, so a single installation date is never required.
04
Replacements and additions arriving through the year are booked against the documented standard, so the presentation never drifts from the vehicles already on the road.
Fleet pricing
A fleet rollout is a logistics project as much as a wrap. Each one is scoped and priced on its own terms, and the proposal sets out exactly what is included.
Send the fleet list you have, even with gaps, and we will respond with a budget range and a documented proposal.
What a fleet project carries
Set up for fleet work
Public liability cover, including client vehicles in our possession. Certificates of currency, company details and a capability statement are available for your procurement process.
Set up for unregistered and dealer-delivered stock, so new fleet vehicles can be collected, moved and returned before they are registered.
Fully insured transport companies and tow operators on call as subcontractors for collection, delivery and vehicles that cannot be driven.
The rollout
The programme in five steps, from the first vehicle list to the record we keep for every vehicle afterwards.
We list the vehicles: makes, models, body variants, fitted accessories and condition, and confirm the brand assets and guidelines to work from. Gaps in the list are fine; we work with what you know.
Our designers lay the design out per model and body variant, working to your brand guidelines, so a ute, a van and a truck read as one brand. You see a proof before anything prints, and we flag any brand colour that print or stock vinyl cannot reproduce exactly.
We brand a first vehicle as the reference standard, you sign it off, and every vehicle after it is installed and inspected to match it before handover.
Vehicles come into the workshop in planned batches against your rosters, depot by depot, so the fleet keeps running. One contact runs the schedule with you from the first batch to the last handover.
Every vehicle leaves with its own record: VIN, registration, install dates, printer, material, print profile and where every graphic sits. The next section is what that record does for you.
The vehicle record
Every vehicle we brand is recorded in detail, so a replacement panel, an additional vehicle or a rebrand is carried out from documented facts rather than recollection.
What the record holds
We work with repair shops and insurer-approved accident repairs regularly. The vehicle comes back with its record, the affected panels are reprinted to it, and the work is quoted for the insurer or the repairer.
A new vehicle of a templated model is a booking, not a new project. The record supplies the file, the media and the positions before it arrives.
The record shows what is fitted to each vehicle, so a rebrand or a removal is planned panel by panel and costed from what is actually there.
Who we work with
Sales cars, service vans, pool vehicles and lease vehicles kept to one standard across departments and depots, with de-branding handled at lease return.
Branding to your agency's own style guide across departments and vehicle types, from a Perth owned and run workshop in Osborne Park, with the documentation your procurement process needs.
Contractors, facilities and service companies running multiple vehicles, including utes with trays, canopies and site equipment the branding has to work around.
High-visibility markings, reflective tape, fleet numbers and site identification built to your site's nominated spec, with a repeatable kit for incoming and replacement vehicles.
Mine-spec vehicle signageOnly running a vehicle or two? That job lives on our vehicle branding page, which covers utes, vans, trucks and trailers one at a time.
Protection for fleet and mine vehicles
Fleet vehicles work in UV, dust, gravel, car parks and daily washing. Paint protection film keeps the bodywork and the branding presentable for the vehicle's service life.
Self-healing film over doors, quarter panels and leading edges. Trolley strikes, car-park scrapes and wash marks land on the film rather than the paint or the printed wrap, so branded vehicles keep their finish for longer.
Film over bonnets, guards and the panels that see gravel, red dust and pressure washing. Stone chips mark the film instead of the paint, UV is filtered, and the vehicle stays presentable on site and at auction. Removable before sale.
Fleet work
Fleet wraps and fleet graphics we have rolled out for WA organisations: council fleets, community buses, healthcare fleets, trade vans, franchise fleets and promotional vehicles, each one templated to its body shape and fitted to the same standard as the vehicle before it.
Government fleet: community services
Fifteen-plus vehicles delivered to a tight timeframe for the council's rollout. Full wraps in a custom printed brand colour with signage and reflective livery, colour held consistent across the fleet, hardware removed and refitted for a seamless finish.
Community fleet: youth services
WA's leading youth organisation, with centres from Albany to Kununurra. Buses, vans, people movers and trucks branded for Perth and the north of the state: partial wraps of varying coverage from PCYC's own artwork, with colours kept consistent across the fleet and through the years.
Commercial fleet: plumbing and gas
A family-owned Perth plumber since 1982, holding tenders for the City of Stirling and the Department of Communities. Nine vans in a partial wrap of special-effect vinyl, rolled out in stages to suit their schedule: efficient coverage for maximum impact at a sensible cost.
Franchise fleet: multiple divisions
A long-term customer with more than a hundred vehicles across the WA divisions: Cleaning, Mobile Tyres, Carpet Cleaning, Blinds and Shutters, Fire and Safety, Test and Tag and more. Every vehicle carries the brand people already know, so the job is the same colours and the same installation standard, year after year.
Commercial fleet: fitness
The 24/7 gym chain with no-lock-in membership. A good number of vans over the years in the red-and-white Revo artwork, plus the printed Jimny that gets recognised around Perth, all carrying one brand treatment.
Media fleet: radio
Perth's Nova 93.7 runs promotional vehicles for events, giveaways and outside broadcasts. We have wrapped many of them over the years in the station's red and campaign artwork, reprinting as campaigns change.
Commercial fleet: healthcare services
A Perth nursing agency covering home care, staffing and disability support across the metro area, Peel and the South West. More than forty vehicles wrapped in a multi-stage rollout, plus insurance repairs along the way, collected from and returned to the customer's premises by our team.
Commercial fleet: novated leasing
Electric vehicles from a novated leasing fleet, each carrying the same partial wrap from one artwork file and one placement spec. Designed without hardware removal, so installation is quick, end-of-lease removal is straightforward and the cost suits a leasing fleet.

“The guys have wrapped both our Raptor and RAV4 over the last 24 months and have done a great job. We've noticed the cars are much less susceptible to damage and fade which is great for protecting our assets. Highly recommend.”

FAQ

Yes. The design is templated per model and body variant, so the same brand reads consistently on a ute, a van, a truck or a car, across different ages and body shapes. A pilot vehicle is approved first and becomes the reference standard for the rest of the fleet.
Yes. Vehicles are booked into the workshop in planned batches against your rosters and depots, so only a small part of the fleet is off the road at any time. The schedule is agreed before the first booking and runs to the operation, not the other way around.
As a general rule, allow one to three days in the workshop per vehicle. Signage and spot graphics are quicker; a full printed wrap, or a vehicle with old graphics to remove first, takes longer. Design and approval are completed before the first booking, so vehicles come in for installation only, and the schedule you receive carries per-vehicle timings with a buffer built in.
Fleet work is priced per project rather than from a price list. Design and templating are priced once across the fleet, and installing multiple vehicles to one approved standard is more efficient than a series of one-off jobs. The proposal sets out how that is reflected in the pricing.
Yes, subject to the terms of the lease. Quality cast vinyl is designed to be removed from sound factory paint, and we carry out the de-branding before the vehicle is returned. The vehicle is inspected first, and any old graphics or repaired panels that will need extra work are identified in advance. Removal can be quoted alongside the programme so it is costed from the outset.
Yes. The vehicle returns with its record, and the affected graphics are reprinted from the original file, on the same material and print profile, positioned to the recorded measurements. We quote the affected panels directly for the insurer or repairer.
Every installation is covered by our workmanship warranty, on top of the manufacturer's warranty on the film itself. Both are confirmed in writing with your proposal, and the details are set out in our warranty policy. Read the warranty policy →
Often, but confirm it with your accountant rather than with us. Branding on vehicles used for business is generally treated as an advertising or business expense under Australian Taxation Office rules, with the usual apportioning where a vehicle is also used privately. We itemise the invoice clearly, design separate from installation and per vehicle, so the claim is straightforward to process.
Yes. The approved artwork, the per-model templates and each vehicle's record are kept on file for the life of the fleet. A new vehicle of a model already templated is scheduled as a booking rather than a new design job. A panel printed a year or two after the original will sit close to it rather than identical, and we advise where any difference will show.
Fleet work is installed at our Osborne Park workshop, where vehicles are prepared and fitted under cover and inspected before handover. Collection and return can be arranged as part of the schedule, so vehicles move between your depot and the workshop without your staff being tied up.
Yes. Quality cast vinyl is designed to be removed from sound factory paint and replaced when the brand changes. Each vehicle's record shows exactly what is fitted, so the rebrand is planned panel by panel and staged across the fleet.
Quality cast vinyl is built to last several years in WA conditions with normal care. Actual life depends on exposure, washing and storage, and the film manufacturer's warranty period is confirmed in writing with your proposal.
They do different jobs. Printed branding cannot be painted, and a wrap is removable at lease return or rebrand, which paint is not. Where a fleet needs a base colour as well as graphics, the wrap carries both in one installation and keeps the factory paint underneath intact.
We work to your brand guidelines and hold colours as closely as the print and vinyl process allows. You approve a proof before anything prints, and any colour that sits outside what print or stock vinyl can reproduce exactly is flagged before the first vehicle, not after. The approved pilot vehicle then sets the standard for the rest of the run.
