Special-order films cost more and take longer to source, so the quote depends on the film, the vehicle and the coverage.
Commercial pricing covers the printed material and the installation, and design is sometimes quoted separately. A single vehicle and a large commercial fleet need different planning and different pricing.

What affects the cost of a vinyl wrap?
Four things. The size of the vehicle, which is why the colour change prices are in three tiers. The film, because standard vinyl finishes from the major brands cost less than special-order ones. The coverage, since the standard scope is a closed-door exterior wrap and door jambs, inner openings or a roof on a commercial wrap are extra. And the condition of the paint, because sun-faded, flaking or damaged panels cannot be wrapped and any preparation is agreed before the film goes on. A full colour change also involves removing lights, handles, trims and badges for access, and that work is built into the tier prices.
Is it cheaper to wrap a car or paint it?
They are different products for different needs, so we do not price one against the other. A wrap is a film that sits on top of the paint and comes off again; a respray changes the paint itself and is quoted by a paint shop on preparation, paint system and panel work. Our colour change wraps start from $7,490 for a hatchback or sedan. Choose on what you want from the car, not only on the number.
Does the price include the door jambs?
No. Our standard colour change scope is a closed-door exterior wrap, which is what the tier prices cover. Door jambs and inner openings stay in the original colour unless they are added as a separate scope. Open-door coverage starts from $12,500 including GST, and we quote it as its own line so you can see what it adds.
Does damaged paint change the price?
It can stop the job rather than change the price. We cannot wrap damaged panels: sun-faded, flaking or any damage to the paint means we are not able to apply the film to that surface, because the film follows and bonds to what is underneath it. We inspect the paint before quoting and tell you exactly which panels, if any, need attention before the car can be wrapped.
