Privacy policy
How we handle the personal information you give us when you enquire, book or have work done.

Who we are
Vinyl Wrapz (ABN 80 617 479 492) is a vehicle wrapping, paint protection and signage workshop at 18 Rowallan Street, Osborne Park WA 6017. We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
When you enquire, book or have work done, we collect what we need to do the job: your name, phone number, email address and suburb, your business name if the quote is for a business, details of the vehicle or vessel, and anything you send with the enquiry, including photos. If you call, email or message us, we keep a record of that contact.
When you use this website, standard technical information is collected through cookies and similar tools: the pages you visit, the site that referred you, and your browser and device type. This is used to understand how the site is used and to measure our advertising.
How we use it
We use your information to answer enquiries, prepare quotes, book and carry out the work, keep job records, handle warranty matters, and let you know about our services where you would reasonably expect it. We do not sell personal information.
Who we share it with
We use service providers to run the business: the systems that handle enquiries, bookings, messaging, payments, website hosting and measurement. They receive only what they need for the task, and some of them store information outside Australia. We also share information with a film manufacturer where a warranty registration or claim needs it, and where the law requires it.
Messages from us
We may send you updates about your job, a request for a review after the work is done, and occasional news about our services by email or SMS. Every marketing message includes a way to opt out, or tell us and we will stop.
Cookies
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. The site still works with cookies off.
Keeping it safe
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, and we keep it for as long as we need it for the job, the warranty period and the records the law requires us to keep.
Access, correction and complaints
You can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or raise a privacy concern: call (08) 9443 8808 or email [email protected]. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
